Windrush Hill Construction is honoured to announce that we have been named the winner of the 2026 CHBA National Award for Housing Excellence in the Whole Home Renovation $500,000–$800,000 category for our project, Lakeside Living.

Recognized as one of the highest honours in the Canadian residential construction industry, the CHBA National Awards celebrate excellence in design, craftsmanship, innovation, and client experience across the country. To be selected among such an incredible group of nominees is truly an honour for our entire team.

The Lakeside Living project was a collaborative vision brought to life through thoughtful design, meticulous planning, and an unwavering commitment to quality. From the earliest stages of the renovation to the final finishing touches, the project reflected the level of craftsmanship and attention to detail that defines every Windrush Hill home.
